AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF THE PRODUCT ENGINEERING FORMING
Purpose of the development:
Provides simulation microbiology machined surfaces, residual stresses 1 and 2 and the kind of residual deformations; it provides a set of required performance properties of surfaces in the design phase of their technology.
Recommended application field:
All branches of engineering.
Advantages over analogues:
- the ability to predict surface quality parameters of products of mechanical engineering at the stage of technological preparation of production in order to achieve the optimum combination of performance properties and maximum resource;
- the system is the basis for improving the systems design and production preparation technology, in particular, the automated design process product production processes that are functionally important surfaces to be increased during use mechanical, thermal, chemical, tribological loads or a combination thereof;
- implementation of complex operational methods of analyzing the structure and parameters of technological operations and transitions linking the results of the stress-strain state of the product surface during processing to step predicting the quality of its life-cycle, taking into account the conditions of the potential of its operation in the machine or mechanism.

Description of the development:
() The system is based on the analysis of methods of processing the surfaces of machine parts cutting and plastic deformation, and complex functional modules and analytic applications form accuracy, heat-deformation, microgeometrical and structural and phase parameters of machined surfaces on the basis of established rheological simulation models.
