Technical characteristic: - the minimum working pressure: p = 3-4, 10-10 Tor; - authorization in the sample plane - 0.3 nm, height - 0.01 nm; - the maximum raster size - 1x1 mm2; - tunneling spectroscopy; - original software for microscope control and image processing; - deposition of films of controlled thickness; - auger spectroscopy elemental composition; - thermal treatment of the samples in a vacuum; - locking (replacement) and Wister STM samples without breaking the ultra-high vacuum; - the possibility of modifying the surface of the applied voltage.
