Methods: - analysis of the distributions of stress and piezoelectric fields in the middle of an ultrasonic cell "drive-test substance"; - analysis of the charge transport mechanisms across the p-n and m-s structure and causes the effect of elastic vibrations on the electrical properties; - experimental study of the sonic-stimulated effects in semiconductor structures.
