REACTIVE BURNER FOR SURFACE TREATMENT AND APPLICATION OF COATINGS


Purpose of the development: Designed to improve the quality of surface cleaning, improve the quality, adhesive and cohesive strength of the coating.

Recommended application field: Metallurgical industries, plants.

Technical characteristic: 1. Performance of one unit in the processing of products: - made of concrete, granite, and various kinds of natural stone - 15-20 m2 / h - metal - 15-25 m2 / h - building structures - 20-25 m2 / hour. 2. Consumption of working components: - kerosene (for thermokinetic burners) - 7 l / h; - petrol (compressor) - (8.10) kg / h; - air - up to 320 m3 / h; - abrasive - 120 ... 180kg / h; - application: - aluminum - 6.5 kg / h; - zinc - 18.2 kg / h; - copper, brass, bronze - 21.3 kg / h; 3. Feed pressure working components - 0.4-0.7 MPa.

Advantages over analogues: 1. High performance and quality of cleaning of surfaces (not less than Sa = 2,5-3, by Swedish standards). 2. Exclusion from the process of coating process (plating, painting) operations of degreasing. 3. Increase by 30-50%, and the adhesive strength of coatings amorphization degree compared with the case of applying a subsonic speed of thermal flow.
