TECHNOLOGY OF SEWAGE DISPOSAL OF LOW- MIXED ORGANIC-MINERAL COMPOSITION
Purpose of the development:
Ukrainian Institute has developed a technology of fire effluent disposal fracturing fluid (a technology that is used in oil and gas production), as well as concentrates of such waste as a part of the composite fuel.
Recommended application field:
- enterprises of mining, oil and gas industries;
- food industry (oil and fat, alcohol, sugar and others).
Advantages over analogues:
- reduction of energy consumption for the process of disposal of wastewater;
- extraction of water impurities in the form of commercial products;
- preparation of a composite fuel of concentrate organics.

Description of the development:
() Disadvantages of existing methods of waste water mixed organo-mineral composition: the high cost of recycling; high energy costs of recycling; the inability to obtain a commercial product from recycling; the complexity and high cost of waste water treatment technologies with organic impurities.
Ukrainian scientists offer a unique technology which, unlike their foreign counterparts, is comprehensive and addresses the issue of utilization of organic impurities. The technology is based on the use of the systems hydrocavitation activation "hydrocarbon-water" using designed and developed hydrocavitation equipment.
Coping mechanisms: membrane desalination / concentration, evaporation and crystallization of impurities; hydrocavitation preparation for composite fuel concentrate organics.
Stage of the project: laboratory model was created; conducted laboratory experiments; Metal is obtained on the purified water installation, trademark chloride and sodium sulfate, glycerol, and the composite fuel defined physical properties and calorific value; necessary to create the experimental setup and conduct endurance tests. Form of implementation of development - the introduction of technology at the operating enterprise. The cost of completion of about 100 000 USD, term improvements - 2 years. The schedule for implementation of development (depending on production volumes) - 1-3 years.
