Purpose of the development:
Creating experimental complex is designed to study the physical and mechanical properties of the surface layers and thin film materials.

Enterprises Materials.
Technical characteristic:
Scan settings: 200 lines x 200 cells per line.
Scan time: 10 minutes.
Minimum scan size: 0.1 mm x 0.1 mm.
The maximum size of the scan: 5 m X 5 m.
Maximum indentation depth: 1.2 m.
Measuring range efforts indentation: 0,01-1.0 N.
Advantages over analogues:
The use of tunneling microscopy allows to expand possibilities of standard of micro-hardness at the expense of reducing the size and depth of the indentation.

() When studying the hardness, the material constants, texture materials, etc. decreeing the means necessary to reduce the depth of indentation at the precise control of its characteristics and stages of indentation.
