PROTOTYPE OF SLAUGHTER TELESYSTEMS WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC COMMUNICATION CHANNEL


Purpose of the development: Designed for continuous monitoring and recording of process parameters of the process of drilling for the purpose of operational control and optimal drilling, trouble-free wiring directional wells.

Recommended application field: Use cases: 1. Provision of directional and horizontal sections of oil and gas wells industrial hydraulic motors. 2. Ensuring the project well profile, load optimization on the bit, evaluation of the degree of wear. 3. Correct design profile on real geophysical data that is obtained during drilling (EMWD mode). 4. The use of electromagnetic communication channel cable line; 5. Use in normal mode, the logging tool (for example, high-precision inclinometer) in the open hole, or inclinometer mode, discharged (LWD mode).

Advantages over analogues: Horizontal wells allow an increase in oil and gas production from 2 to 10 times compared with the vertical wells. It is shown that the profile of the well may be determined in real time without stopping to conduct ordinary control measurements inclinometers.

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: Estimated value of the telemetry system with information processing facilities and its operation and maintenance costs amount to about 120 thousand. euros for the complex, several times less than the cost of construction and commissioning of at least one vertical well.
