NEW METHOD FOR PRECISION WELDING OF ALUMINUM AND ITS ALLOYS
Purpose of the development:
The method allows to produce diffuse precision welding of aluminum and its alloys nodes through the use of an intermediate layer consisting of sodium silicate, hydrogen chloride and magnesium fine powder.
Recommended application field:
Testing, engineering.
Advantages over analogues:
- precision of welding units;
- possibility to manufacture products of complex spatial configuration, and thin-walled products;
- plus-minimal manufacturing tolerances of parts;
- high level of strength and ductility properties of the compounds;
- high operating temperature of the compounds;
- the minimum amount of preparatory operations prior to welding;
- increased productivity diffusion welding process in a vacuum;
- reducing the cost of manufacturing products.
