ANALYSIS COMPLEX FOR RESEARCH OF THE ELEMENT COMPOSITION AND STRUCTURE OF MINERAL SUBSTANCES


Purpose of the development: To perform the study at the present level must be able to determine the elemental composition of matter in a wide range of locality, with high efficiency and accuracy. It is advisable to use destructive methods.

Recommended application field: Geochemistry of rocks and minerals. Investigation of the distribution of chemical elements in the endogenous processes. Petrofond reconstruction. Establishing sources of sedimentary material. Estimation of promising areas, the forecast and the search for alluvial and primary deposits of minerals. Materials science, evaluation of the quality of mineral raw materials, the production of ceramics and other inorganic materials, the study of ancient monuments and archaeological finds.

Technical characteristic: The main analytical parameters of the complex: Scope of elements - from Na to U. The range of content elements - from n * 10-6 to n * 10-1 absolute particle. The relative accuracy of the content (depending on the template and the content element) - 1 - 30% relative. The amount of test substance (depending on the application) - from n * 10-6 to n * 10 grams. Qualitative and semi-quantitative phase analysis.
