Developed and implemented a protocol of diagnosis the following diseases: polycythemia vera (SP), essential thrombocythemia (ET), idiopathic myelofibrosis (IM), chronic myeloid leukemia with bcr abl rearrangement. Recent methodological and theoretical advances in molecular hematology can significantly improve both the diagnosis and subsequent therapeutic effect in these patients. Using .molshsulyarno-biological approaches will complement the arsenal of diagnostic and improve the quality of life of patients with this pathology. Developing tested in the Kiev regional oncologic dispensary (hematology unit) and the Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiology. RE Kavetsky NAS.
