Purpose of the development: Potentiometer mono and multibiosensor with a particular sensitivity to glucose, urea and creatinine for medical diagnosis and monitoring hemodialysis process. Amperometric mikrobiosensor to identify major metabolites (glucose, lactate, ATP) and monitoring of certain neurotransmitters (acetylcholine, choline, glutamic acid and D-serine) in the mammalian brain. Immuno- and DNA sensors based on surface plasmon resonance to detect mutations and certain pathogens.

Recommended application field: Medical diagnostics (hospitals, medical and biological laboratories, clinics).

Advantages over analogues: - low cost; - technologically simpler fabrication scheme; - simultaneous rapid analysis of multiple parameters; - higher selectivity.
