Purpose of the development:
For the disposal of waste oil and chemical companies.
Recommended application field:
In the industrial production of chemical, petrochemical, food and household goods.
Advantages over analogues:
Alternative technologies that allow for the catalytic oxidation of industrial waste (if available in their solid impurities and catalyst poisons) does not exist. Industrial waste disposed of in other ways, particularly by burning, that is not environmentally safe process.

Technical and economic effect:
Savings annual costs in the processing of 1 ton of waste for AnS technology compared with the combustion method is ~ 70%. The studies found that the consumption of catalyst is reduced to 103 times, the speed of the final product is increased to 104-106 times. As well as reduced reactor volume to 103 times as compared to the combustion furnace.
Description of the development:
() Designed project research facility deep disposal of industrial wastes by oxidation to their thermodynamically stable friendly products in aerosol catalyst nanoparticles. neutralization products enter into the atmosphere only in a natural state, and the heat produced for the reactions may be used to heat coolant. In the pilot plant the heat is utilized only in an amount sufficient to provide the unit.
