Purpose of the development: Development of a method and apparatus for the treatment of severe cases of purulent-inflammatory scar with marked dystrophic changes in the presence of prostate numerous small (1-4 mm diameter) closed microcavities forming hypoechoic site.

Recommended application field: Treatment of congestive form of chronic nonspecific prostatitis.

Technical characteristic: Range vacuum, kPa 5 ... 50 ± 10%. The pulse duration and the pause dilution with 10 ± 1%. The pulse duration of electrical stimulation, 0.1 ms. Max. current electrical pulse to a load of 200 ohms, 200 mA. The wavelength red laser continuous, 0.658 microns. Red laser power (regulated), 5 mW, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30. Advantages over analogues: Urethral vacuum aspiration of the prostate, as well as electrical and radiation impact of red and infrared lasers. Efficiency - 85%. No side effects as compared to: - manual prostate massage; - by transperineal puncture; - by transurethral resection.

Effective treatment of chronic prostatitis in modern medical practice are not available. When purulent-inflammatory form of prostate disease hand massage urologist is invalid: - the infection can spread to the surrounding prostate tissue; - plug in the prostate tubules (dead cells, fibrin, white blood cells), massage is not removed. For drainage of purulent foci of inflammation necessary methods of sighting and local aspiration excretory ducts.
