In use, the krypton and xenon in the practice of medicine, aerospace, engineering and electronics industry, gas products contaminated dozens of incidental impurities. Processing of such compounds by conventional methods is complicated by the different thermal properties of components within them. To ensure the utilization of mixtures containing rare gases, with a view to their re-use in knowledge-intensive sectors need to develop new separation methods based on the latest achievements in the field of process control and rectification of its cryogenic supply. Created sample pilot complex for enrichment, purification and obtain pure (99.999%) of rare gases. Setting a relatively compact and allows for placement in direct contact with objects consuming rare gases.
