Purpose of the development: To develop a safe and technically easy to perform a method for producing immunogens from Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Recommended application field: Medicine and Immunology.

Technical characteristic: The method developed on the basis of a vaccine strain that growth stimulator pretreated with subsequent cultivation on selective medium WSS.

Advantages over analogues: - 2-20 times lower in comparison with similar time-consuming; - security; - technical simplicity; - selective accumulation of mycobacteria biomass without the intermediate step of isolating pure cultures of bacteria.

Use of the invention allows to develop a method of early diagnosis of TB. Immunization of animals selective cultivation of microorganisms, production of polyclonal antisera, affinity purification of polyclonal antisera preparations, heterogeneous enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The model makes it possible to develop a method of TB diagnosis.
