Purpose of the development: The use of certified polyclonal antisera and oligo nucleotide probes specific to viruses of plants for use in diagnostic kits based on enzyme immunoassay and polymerase chain reaction.

Recommended application field: - quarantine and plant protection service station; - enterprises and organizations of the agro-industrial complex; - manufacturers of agricultural vegetable and ornamental crops; - greenhouses - manufacturers of plant, decorative products; - grain traders, importers of seeds.

Advantages over analogues: - the absence of reliable and economically attractive local diagnostics for plant viruses; - use for the analysis of cereals, oilseeds, technical, vegetables, melons, beans, fruit, ornamental, aromatic and medicinal plants (such as seeds and vegetative material); - determination of the spectrum of plant viruses present in this agrotcenoze and seed material; - the timely development of appropriate preventive measures; - minimizing the loss of commercial value of agricultural products.
