DEVELOPMENT FOR TECHNOLOGY OF PREPARATION AND PROCESSING OF NAKED OATS IN CEREALS PRODUCTS
Purpose of the development:
Processing with hull varieties of oats in the cereal products.
Recommended application field:
Agro-industrial enterprises. Cereals industry.
Advantages over analogues:
There are no analogues in Ukraine. Using the designed mode enhances the overall yield of cereals in 1,5 ... 1,7 times due to lower output muchitsy and crushed kernels. The yield of the main product - flakes increases of 1.4 ... 1.5 times through the use of specially treated nucleus of naked oats and reducing the number of manufacturing operations.

() Scientifically justified use of domestic food grains naked oats, and biochemical improvement of consumer properties of oat groats, improving the quality of cereals and cereal by use of naked oats varieties of "Salomon" and developed modes.
Abstract technological properties and chemical composition of promising varieties of naked oats varieties of "Salomon". The features of technological and biochemical properties, which set a high grinding capacity of the new culture. The processes of water and heat treatment, grinding and crushing grain and their influence on the yield and the chemical composition of the finished product.
A science-based process flow diagram of processing of naked oats in cereals and cereal. The projects of specifications and technological instructions for production of the recommended range of cereals and rolled products in the processing of naked oats.
