DEVICES TO CONTROL PARTICLE BOARD VIA DENSITY

Recommended application field: For the detection of air inclusions (bundles) in polished chipboard during their production.

Advantages over analogues: Increasing the accuracy, timeliness and objectivity of quality control chipboard directly during the manufacturing process.

Description of the development:
()
Ingredients: - control unit. The basis of the device is put capacitive method for determining the density of the plate across its width, followed by a digital data processing built-in microprocessor. Control is carried out continuously. Setting the initial conditions of control performed by the control samples from each batch of plates. Defect detection by light and sound signaling. The device is mounted on a roller production line chipboard. The device design provides easy access to replacement parts, as well as convenience in operation, adjustment and maintenance. - Length of controlled boards - 3500 mm; - Width of the monitoring boards - 1750 mm; - Controlled thickness plates - 16 + -0.3; 17 + -0.3; 18 + -0.3 mm; - Controlled plate density - 650-850 kg / cubic m .; - Process speed plates are not more than 12 m / min; - The size of a defect is detected, at least 200x200 mm; - Power supply from single-phase AC voltage - 200 V (with a tolerance of + 10% to -15%); - Frequency - 50 Hz + 1; - Ambient temperature - 5-35 degrees C; - Relative humidity at a temperature of 25 degrees C - 65 + -15%; - Relative pressure - 84-107 kPa. Designed and manufactured according to specifications of the device is not inferior to the measuring apparatus for detection of air inclusions in chipboard company GreCon (Germany). The device is designed for the modern domestic and imported element base, making it maintainable. The developed device has no harmful effect on the environment, requires no additional disposal costs.
