PARAMETERS OF SOLID PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERTER CONTROL METHOD


Purpose of the development: Develop technical solutions and techniques aimed at improving the manufacturing technology of solid-state photovoltaic cells with parameters allowing to improve their electrical performance and reliability indicators.

Recommended application field: The facts and theoretical conclusions of this study can be used in the further development of new and improved existing designs of solid-state solar cells in the interests of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Security Service of Ukraine and other ministries and departments.

Advantages over analogues: A new method of the FEP parameters management using this technique carried out improvement of the existing industrial process that allowed us to obtain solar cells with an efficiency of up to 16.2% at the low quality of the material (silicon).

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: Existing manufacturing solar cells technology are generally uncontrollable process and involve the use of high quality material (silicon) for the manufacture of solar cells. A new solar cells manufacturing technology that allows you to control the parameters of solar cells. That is, when a predetermined material (silicon) manufacturing solar cells reach their maximum use efficiency (the maximum value of the output power and reliability).

Mathematical model of process control of manufacturing solid-state solar cells. The novelty of the model process control is to use a private informative quality parameters. Analysis models can reduce defects, and as a consequence - to increase the survivability and reliability of FEP. Mathematical model of the complex index of quality of solid-state solar cells is taken into account the relative values of deviations private informative quality parameters FEP area. This allows you to assess the level of quality of solid-state solar cells, to localize the hidden and potential defects, as well as conduct research and compare the quality and reliability of solid-state solar cells in the process of their production. The generalized method of controlling the parameters of solid-state solar cells for energy supply systems. The novelty of this technique consists in the compilation of a separate pre-existing methods and develop models and methods based on them. Generalized method allows to develop recommendations and to improve the quality and reliability of solid-state solar cells.
