IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES IN THE UNIT FOR PRODUCTION OF KRYPTON XENON CONCENTRATE
Purpose of the development:
The technologies of heavy noble gases (krypton and xenon) from the air. Studied the system heat and cold separation plants and individual machines, twisted U-shaped shell and tube heat exchangers, heat exchangers, condensers designs straight-tube-evaporators.
Recommended application field:
Refrigerated, vacuum and compressor equipment, air-conditioning systems.
Advantages over analogues:
There are no analogues in Ukraine.

Description of the development:
() An experimental setup for the study machineless devices increase the potential flow of energy through parlifta with discharge pipe section length of 6 m and an inner diameter of 8-16 mm on a model substance (liquid nitrogen). Identified supplies Gp-Q-hcc-d and Gp-x-d- characteristics parliftnogo supercharger on the temperature level of 77.4 ... 80 C. The analytical dependence of the heat load required to maintain the set pressure and flow rate at a given geometrical parameters of the discharge pipe.
Calculated cost components krypton-xenon mixture obtained in the field distributors. The analysis of the cost of production of a krypton-xenon concentrate in the installation type "Chrome 3" and the effective use of the device based on machineless parlifta.
