Recommended application field: For the detection of random metal inclusions in wood-composite materials in their production process which can damage the equipment.

Advantages over analogues: Increasing the accuracy, timeliness and objectivity of quality control chipboard directly during the manufacturing process.

Description of the development:

The operating principle of the device is based on the change in inductance of measuring coil when driving near these metal objects. Metal is located in the vicinity of the conveyor belt inside the protective metal box. This device must not affect the fixed metal objects located in the immediate vicinity. Ingredients: - Metal detector; - Control and display unit availability metallovklyucheny; - Connecting cables; - The primary power source. The device has a light and sound alarm, as well as a group of contacts for connecting actuators. Primary power source is located in explosion-proof and explosion-proof room of secondary circuits of type "intrinsically safe", which excludes the possibility of explosion when emergency situations. - Width of working area of the device at least 1750 ± 5 mm; - Admissible in monitoring the velocity of the plate 15-40 m / min .; - Mass of the detected inclusions at least 6 ± 0.5 g; - Of detected inclusions - ferrous metals, nonferrous metals and alloys; - Start time of the display defect of not more than + -0.5 with 5; - The duration of the display defect at least 5 ± 0.5 s; - The width of the inclusions of 2 m. - Minimum detectable mass inclusion at a distance of 100 mm from the detector: - Ferrous metals - 3 - Non-ferrous metals - 4. - The unit's power from an AC voltage of 220 V, through the device of the primary power supply; - Power consumption of 100 watts. The technical characteristics of the detector is not inferior to similar devices such foreign firms as TSM CEIA (Italy) and TELEVA (Finland).
