Purpose of the development:
Linear micromotor LPM-5 is designed to create a subminiature drive sizes smaller than 10 mm.
Recommended application field:
Micro- and nanomanipulators, microvalves, robotics, microinjection systems, microsurgical system, integrated semiconductor technology, fiber and laser technology, etc.
