TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCING OF COLLOIDAL SILICON DIOXIDE WHICH IS MODIFIED BY THE UREA FORMALDEHYDE POLYMERS
Purpose of the development:
The developed technology allows to obtain superfine powder with desired physical and chemical properties.
Recommended application field:
The developed technology can be applied to plants as fillers in rubber products, as well as on the Industrial Policy Ministry enterprises.
Advantages over analogues:
The proposed technology, in comparison with the traditional technology of SiO2, allows to obtain highly dispersed silicon dioxide with controlled physicochemical properties at the time of synthesis. Comparison of the product with industrial designs made in Germany (Ultrasil VN3) have shown that the development of its technical and economic indicators is at the level of world analogues.

Technical and economic effect:
Comparison of the existing production method of silicon dioxide, in comparison with the developed technology has allowed to draw a conclusion about its feasibility. The effect is achieved by replacing the silicon dioxide cheaper a 20% urea-formaldehyde resin, which can significantly reduce costs.
