First justified use of sensitized luminescence of lanthanide ions and the molecular luminescence of organic ligands in the presence of a Y and Sc in sorbates complexes of polyphenolic compounds, acids hydroxybenzoic and hydroxycinnamic series vanillin for a fundamentally new sorption-luminescence determination sensitizers -analitov in food and other objects. Grounded and selected analytical forms with high luminescence quantum efficiency, suitable for the determination of biologically active substances in food and renewable raw materials; optimized conditions for the luminescence determination of various biologically active substances by studying the excitation energy transfer processes on a solid matrix and in micellar solutions; developed methods of selective determination of polyphenolic compounds, hydroxybenzoic and hydroxycinnamic acid and vanillin in a number of food and renewable raw materials. For the first time the possibility of solid-phase luminescent determination of catechins, natural luminescence which strengthened ions Sc on the sorbent - Sephadex G-75 in the presence of sodium lauryl sulfate. Found new analytical forms for the luminescence determination of hydroxycinnamic acids, hydroxybenzoic and the number and vanillin. For the first time studied the sorption of ternary complexes Tb with HA and TOPO on TLC plates.
