TWO-DIMENSIONAL PHOTONIC SILICON STRUCTURES
Purpose of the development:
The structures are promising for the development of radiating, photo- and heat receivers.
Recommended application field:
Devices based on the two-dimensional photonic structures macroporous silicon can be used for the needs of environmental monitoring, monitoring in medicine and industry.
Technical characteristic:
Two-dimensional macroporous silicon structures were made with a periodic and random arrangement of macropores with a diameter Dp = 1-10 microns,
H = depth of 250 microns
Concentration Np = (1,5-6)- 106 cm2.
Nano-silica coating to 10 nm,
50800 nanometers thick were formed on the surface of the macropore;
Nanocoating in silicon carbide had a thickness of 200 nanometers.
Advantages over analogues:
Develop different low cost and the ability to manufacture structures with the desired geometry.
During the All-Ukrainian contest "Invention-2008" is recognized as the best invention in the field of materials science.
The development stage readiness:
tested in laboratory condition
Description of the development:
() Two-dimensional macroporous silicon structures are formed by photoelectrochemical grass monocrystalline silicon.
