METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE ELECTRICAL PARAMETERS IN LAYERS OF ATMOSPHERE AND IONOSPHERE


Purpose of the development: The proposed utility model relates to methods for the study of near-Earth space by its sounding and can be used to determine the electrical parameters in the atmosphere and ionosphere by detecting the potential difference between the layer of charged particles in the atmosphere or ionosphere and deeply grounded electrode.

Recommended application field: Meteorology, geophysics, environment, energy.

Advantages over analogues: - the absolute lack of environmental pollution of the environment; - the lack of demand for all energy sources; - the lack of weather conditions (the presence of the sun, wind, etc.); - lower the cost of electricity produced compared with other types of energy sources.

In nature, there is a unique alternative energy source - the electric field of the Earth, which is clean, renewable, easy to use and still almost never used. The following describes a method aimed at obtaining energy from such source. A method for determining the electrical parameters in the layers of the atmosphere and the ionosphere is to measure the electrical potential relative to earth, which is realized by placing certain sensors author in the medium of the borehole to 5 km deep in the atmosphere at a desired height, in the first step to the height of 15 km, using stratospheric balloons or balloon-managed. Communication between the sensors and instrumentation is achieved through an insulated conductor, which correspond to the environment of their placement. Due to certain types of conductors author achieved Earth protection from exposure surface potential on the measurement results and the actual definition is provided between the atmospheric electrical parameters electrode at a predetermined height and depth electrode located in the well at a certain depth. If we can reach the expected performance of electrical parameters of a level sufficient for practical use in industrial applications, machinery industry, to which the utility model would be attributed to a new clean energy source.
