DEVELOPMENT OF HEAT RESISTANCE NANOCOMPOSITE MATERIALS OF A TRIBOTECHNICAL PURPOSE FOR HEAVY DUTY PARTS OF EQUIPMENT

Purpose of the development: Designed for heavy-duty equipment units.

Recommended application field: Enterprises of chemical and food industry, agricultural machinery, mining and metallurgical complex, aircraft, railway and road transport, etc.

Advantages over analogues: The materials developed by its thermo-physical, physico-mechanical and tribological properties in 1.5 - 2 times better than their foreign counterparts.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: The developed materials are available for industrial application in friction and sealing equipment operating in harsh environments. At high loads and sliding speeds, temperatures. Designed for composites have been introduced: the packing material for the high-pressure compressor seal instead babbit B-83; material for the manufacture of piston rings instead of the high pressure compressor iron; material for the valve plates of high pressure compressors 3H13 instead of steel. Using materials developed it possible to increase the reliability and durability of the equipment. Thus, in the case of piston rings polymeric materials designed lifetime of compressors used in the manufacture of fertilizers, increased in 3 - 5 times.

Description of the development:
()
Polymer compositions based on heat-resistant polymers for structural materials tribological destination with characteristics superior to most known materials, work in friction units of machines and mechanisms. They have a heat resistance up to 290 * C, the strength up to 280 MPa. The friction coefficient of the developed materials is not more than 0.15, the intensity of linear wear reaches 5.10 m / m.
