A device for fine and superfine grinding powders of hard and superhard materials. crushing principle is based on the use of high energy pulsed electrical discharge in the liquid. A variety of phenomena that accompany pulsed discharge in a fluid, especially cavitation, allow for fine and ultrafine grinding of hard and abrasive materials with far less wear and tear of working bodies and less pollution grinding product.
