Maximum width rihtuemogo sheet, mm - 1700. The maximum cross-section of the strip rihtuemoy mm - 25x1000, 30x600, 40x450. The number of correct rolls - 9. Power of main power, kW - 22. Advantages over analogues: 1725 MLCH machine is easy to operate, has high reliability in operation and does not require highly skilled staff. Currently levelers work at the enterprises of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, providing high performance even after 20 years of work. Given that rihtuemye sheets have a greater length, it is desirable to use at straightening roller conveyors. Final tests every load levelers and certified Quality Management System ensures long-lasting and reliable operation of the machines in the factories.

The purchased metal usually has significant deviations in planarity (concave, convex, etc.), when gas cutting and sheet metal cabin there are additional deviation (propeller, waviness). Deformed sheets and significantly increase the complexity of the workpiece when editing traditional methods, reduce the quality of the products, respectively, require skilled performers. To resolve the above-mentioned variations in sheet metal and workpieces made it advisable to use levelers MLCH 1725 significantly increases the productivity and quality of products.
