Purpose of the development: Designed netsementnye shlakopeschanyh composition in the form of solutions for a short time, even in conditions of constant exposure to groundwater and are able to acquire the strength to resist the pressure of rocks bias. Varying the composition and alkaline sulfate activation hardening slag component mixtures can improve the strength of mortgage mixes and reduce the duration of their solidification.

Recommended application field: Results of development can be realized at the enterprises of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.

Advantages over analogues: In similar foreign developments in cement as a binder is used, which increases manufacturing costs embedded mixtures.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: The proposed composition of filling mixture allows to reduce the terms of their hardening to set the required strength, in turn, allows for further mineral extraction.

Waste of space after mining operations are dangerous due to the rain and the displacement of rocks, landslides and the formation of sinkholes. These ecological phenomena represent a threat to the public, so need their waste prevention by filling spaces hardening mixtures, which will eventually become strong enough. As such cement compositions may be used, but such blends have a significant cost.
