Purpose of the development: Aero piston lift designed to provide human cargo lifting in mines, in the public and industrial buildings and facilities.

Recommended application field: For widespread use in the housing and utilities sector.

Technical characteristic: To lift five people total weight of 4 kN at a speed of 2 m / sec at space cab 2x2 m2 correct air pressure of 2 kPa (0.2 atm) and the air flow rate of 4 m3 / s that can provide ordinary fan capacity of 10-15 kW given its aerodynamic characteristics.

Advantages over analogues: Aeroporshnevy elevator simple in design, installation, does not require additional space, basements and attics, his work does not depend on the height of lift, it is completely safe and is always guaranteed by the fall, it costs 3-5 times less than the standard cable lifts. Even with low-rise buildings it is economically justified. It can be exported abroad.

The new lift has an engine in the form of a fan with an electric motor. The fan and dust filter via duct laid in the elevator shaft, delivers air flow to the bottom of a vertical cylindrical shaft. Elevator car is provided on the perimeter seals slidably sealed on the inner surface of the shaft. The cabin begins to move due to the pressure differential above and below.
