AUTOMATING THE PROCESS OF MONITORING THE PH AND EH IN THE PURIFICATION OF MULTICOMPONENT METAL CONTAINING SEWAGE
Purpose of the development:
Automation process control pH and Eh enables efficient purification multicomponent metal containing waste water, having in its composition polluting components with different physical and chemical properties.
Advantages over analogues:
- the accuracy and the speed of installation of the necessary values of process parameters;
- reduction of reagent costs;
- selection of the type and size of the reactor under the specific composition of waste water;
- the use of advanced control algorithms;
- computer simulation of the regulatory process;
- account of the special multi-component composition of pollution in the design of automation systems.
