Details of friction units produced by powder metallurgy and casting (under pressure and centrifugal casting) using a special ligatures. Provides for the use as a raw material aluminum alloys with copper and silicon, secondary raw materials - waste powders of aluminum and graphite. - Hardness HB - 30-140; - Tensile strength - 150-400 MPa; - Elongation - 0.2-10%; - Density - 2.5-2.7 g / cc .; - Bearing capacity of friction pairs - 120-130 Mpahm / s; - Coefficient of friction with reduced lubrication - 0,007-0,02. Intended to be used instead of expensive bronze, brass, babbitt, aluminum-tin alloys. Wear resistance as compared with bronze and iron-graphite 2-5 times higher. Industrial technology tested and implemented for mass production. Recycling of secondary raw materials.
