Purpose of the development: Applying lubricant provides: - optimum friction conditions in the contact metal mandrel; - good adhesion to the surface of the mandrel having a temperature of 100-300 * C; - high mobility of the lubrication system; - storage of lubricating layer on the free front ends of the mandrels with intensive irrigation of the cooling water; - the separation of the lubrication of friction pairs "deforming metal mandrel"; - easy removal from the pipe when removing mandrels; - high quality of prefabricated pipe inner surface; - the absence of any gas emissions in the process of applying the lubricant onto the mandrel and high quality steel.

Recommended application field: Technological processes of hot metal forming.

Advantages over analogues: Unlike foreign analogues lubricant provides: - кeliable fastening graphite special ingredients in the porous structure of the phosphate layer prevents its removal into the atmosphere, as in the process of applying lubricant to the mandrel and during hot deformation; - іcaling transformation in the rolling process to form an iron sodium polyphosphates associated with graphite and scale, which are separated in the sedimentation tank as a slurry after completion of rolling.

Technical and economic effect: The cost of 1 kg of oil $ 2.75, which is lower than its imported counterparts.
