MATERIALS COMPOSITE SUPERHARD (KSTM) BASED ON DIAMOND AND CUBIC BORON NITRIDE (CBN)


Recommended application field: The cutting elements of the blade tool used for turning hardened steels, cast irons and alloys at finishing and processing.

Advantages over analogues: Application designed KSTM CBN in the blade tool will increase tool life by 40-50%, resulting in savings of raw materials, labor and energy costs for the production tool. A new competitive products, eliminates the imports.

- Hardness Vickers - 50 GPa; - Crack - MPam 16 1/2; - Resistance when turning hardened steel (HRC 52-54) - 85 min. - Vickers hardness - 84-70 GPa; - Obrazivnost - 510-450 cc. / Mg; - Crack - 10,5-8 MPam: 1/2. - Vickers hardness - 50-40 GPa; - Crack - 16-12-13,5 MPa-m1 / 2; - Have developed KSTM CBN increased performance: hardness - 66%; crack - 19%; resistance in the flow of hardened steel (HRC 52-54) - 5 times. - Have developed KSTM CBN increased performance: hardness - 25%, fracture - 33%; resistance when turning hardened steel (HRC 52-54) - 3.5 times. Vickers hardness - 20% abrasiveness - 13%, fracture - 31%. Released a series of mounting KSTM CBN, conducted qualification tests. Eco-friendly technology.
