TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

ELECTROLUMINESCENT MATERIALS BASED ON POROUS ANODIC OXIDS WITH CAPSULATED ORGANIC LYUMINOFORMAMS

Recommended application field: When creating a wide-emitting display devices, display panels of special types of displays and the matrix of point light sources, devices for converting and storing images, etc.

Advantages over analogues: Development of new display products based on microelectronic technology. Achieved high efficiency thin-film luminescence material due to its high concentration of organic phosphor in the pores of the matrix without luminescence quenching and stable emissivity at low control voltage. Tests for functional control tests have shown that the experimental fluorescent capacitors have a relatively high intensity of radiation at low electric field strength and are suitable for creation on their basis of flat field-emission displays.

Description of the development:
()
Developed technical process of creating thin-film electroluminescent elements based on valve metal oxides with encapsulated organic phosphors. - The range of measured voltage - 4-30 V; - The threshold control voltage - 16 V-V; - Emission current - 5 mA / cm sq .; - The thickness of the organic luminescent layer - 80 nm; - Wavelength range of the luminescence - 500-580 nm; - The width of the spectral characteristics at 0,5 w-nm; 5 mA / cm sq. 50-60 nm; - Brightness light - 50-80 cd / sq.m .; - Luminescence efficiency - 0.63%. Characteristics of the sample correspond somewhat exceed the level of the best analogues of foreign firms: Fujitsu Laboratories, Samsung, SpectraScan, Sharp. Designed mastered light emitting material in the manufacture of light emitting elements in the thin film plane indicators. Technological solutions are environmentally safe, can be reused and easily recycled.
