CONDUCTOMETER WM-2000

Purpose of the development: To automatically measure the mass fraction of ash. To measure the conductivity and temperature of the conductive fluid.

Recommended application field: Energy, ecology, and various branches of industry, medicine and scientific research.

Technical characteristic: Measurement range: - mass fraction of ash in sugar,% - 0.001-1; - electrical conductivity, S / cm - 0,1-7000; - analyzed medium temperature, ° C - 15-30. Measurement error: - mass fraction of ash in sugar,% - + - (3.0 + 0.01 / Hvim); - conductivity,%: range (0,1-700,0) uS / cm - + - (30 + 2.0 / Gvim); range (700,0-7000) uS / cm - + -2. - the temperature of the medium being analyzed, ° C ± (3 * 0,00001tvim 0.2), where: Hvim, Gvim, tvim - measured values of the mass fraction of ash, conductivity and temperature, respectively. Constant sensor cm-1 - 0.7 + -0.1. Dimensions in mm - 200x100x110. Power consumption, VA - 3 Power - AC power 220 + -22V, 50+ -1Gts.

Advantages over analogues: - shock-resistant sensor housing; - waterproof shell of the device; - the possibility of an ideal sensor flushing; - the lack of influence of electrode processes on the measurement result; - high temporal stability; - the quality records distillate; - mode of entering arbitrary sensor constants in non-volatile RAM.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Description of the development:
()
Intended for automatic measurement of the mass fraction of 28% ash -x pure sugar solutions according to DSTU2317-93 and 5% solutions of raw sugar in accordance with the procedure ICUMSA. It can also be used for measuring electrical conductivity and temperature of the conductive fluid. High metrological and consumer characteristics achieved by the unique features incorporated in the design of the device and the conductivity cell.
