Continuous mixing of the dry mortar mixture with compressed air in the material pipeline, application of the mortar to the construction with sealing effect, activation of the cement, penetration of the solution into the cracks and unevenness of the concrete surface provide increased adhesion of the spattered concrete to the concrete slabs, increase the density, strength and waterproofness of the concrete coating. According to the described technology, the technical condition of concrete coverings of soil dams is restored at one of the hydroelectric power stations of Ukraine. Restored coatings have a technical condition close to the design and fully fulfill their mission.
