Purpose of the development: For: - registration of instantaneous values of currents and voltages and transients; - measurement of force, voltage, power, phase and frequency of alternating current.

Recommended application field: At industrial enterprises. The system can also be used to monitor electrical parameters in various industries, including in the information-measuring and control systems.

Technical characteristic: Interval of data averaging - from 1 to 50 periods of the industrial frequency with a step of one period. The number of analog input signals is up to 32. The range of input signals from the TC (effective values) is 0.05-6. A at Іn = 5 A, 0.01 ± 1.2 A at Іn = 1 A. The range of input signals from VT (effective values) is 30-140 V at UH = 100 V. The main reduced error in determining the values: - current, voltage - <= + -0.2%; - power - <= + - 0,5%; GPS synchronization error - <= + -4 s. Absolute error of frequency measurement - <= + - 0,001 Hz. The absolute error in measuring the measurement of the voltage vector angle between the input sinusoidal voltage of the network is <= + -0.1 degree. Criteria for recording emergency information in the archive: - the rate of change in the frequency of the phase voltage exceeds the set point, which is 0.001-2 Hz / s in increments of 0.001 Hz / s; - the effective value of any of the phase voltages goes beyond the limits of the setpoint in the range 0-120%. Duration of archive entries: - the time of recording the parameters of the mode before the accident - up to 100 s; - emergency operation - up to 1000 s; - at least 100 emergency records during an emergency start during 240 hours of continuous recording in the recorder mode (cyclic archive).

Advantages over analogues: - storage of measurement results in memory; - software processing of measurement information, its output in the form of digital arrays and text messages, graphs and tables on the monitor and print, as well as transfer it to any levels with reference to the signals of the exact time received from the GPS receiver.

The system is equipped with equipment for the transmission of measured and calculated values on a dedicated or dial-up link. All measured and calculated values are transferred on request. Climatic performance of the system meets the requirements of G0ST 15150-69 (as revised in 1983). The system has passed the state metrological certification in SE "Ukrmetrteststandart" its metrological provision meets the requirements of DSTU 3215- 95.
