MILLING MTF-13M TRAILER FOR THE TRACTOR DT-75B OR MTZ-82


Purpose of the development: The milling cutter is intended for grinding the surface layer of peat deposits with the purpose of processing it into fuel.

Recommended application field: Mining.

Advantages over analogues: - forced lubrication of bearing assemblies and gear drives of the milling gear reducer is used; - bearing units of mills are designed using circulating lubrication; - geometric parameters are determined taking into account the geometric parameters of the surface of peat deposits and the physico-mechanical characteristics of peat; - grinding of the surface layer of peat deposits to a depth of up to 50 mm is provided for particles up to 25 mm in size, with the destruction of the capillary bond and the creation of a layer of peat fines, the drying of which occurs most intensively; - productivity increases when performing the technological process of milling peat deposits; - improves the reliability of the industrial milling machine, which leads to a reduction in costs during its operation.

Description of the development:

MTF-13M milling trailer is trailed to DT-75B or MTZ-82 tractors and consists of three working sections, including one central and two end, coupling, hydraulic system and transmission. The central section consists of a frame on which are mounted two milling cutters, a finite-cylindrical gearbox, two milling cutters, two bearing assemblies, two front track rollers, a rear skating rink with a depth adjustment system for milling. Each end section consists of a frame on which the milling cutter is mounted, two bearing assemblies, two front track rollers, and a back support roller with a depth adjustment system for milling.
