Purpose of the development: Production of low-energy, slag-portland cement, as well as concretes and mortars based on it.

Recommended application field: Recycling and reuse of chemical and solid materials, construction, production of building materials.

Advantages over analogues: Ukrainian standard (ДСТУ Б В.2.7-46: 2010), harmonized with the European standard for cement EN 197-1, provides for the production of slag Portland cement with a clinker content of 5-20%. Malklinker cement, filled with industrial waste (blast-furnace granulated slag), have a number of positive features. They are characterized by low cost, their production is less energy-intensive, allows to recycle accumulated waste, to reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere. Reducing energy costs for cement production by reducing the clinker content is 80-100 kg U.S./t of cement.

The paper presents the results of studies of slag Portland cement with a clinker content of 5-19%. Optimum compositions and parameters of production of malocklinker slag Portland cement with activity up to 50 MPa, as well as concretes and solutions based on it, were determined. The experimental studies have shown the possibility of obtaining a shale-portland cement cement (MWPC) with activity of more than 50 MPa with the use of two-component additives: C-3 superplasticizer and calcium fluoride hardening activator (CaF2), with a specific binder surface of 500-550 m2 / kg, and ISPTs with an activity of more than 40 MPa with the use of additives - hardening accelerators. The specific surface area of the binder is 420-450 m2 / kg. It was also established the possibility of obtaining high-strength concretes, using as binder a malklinker shlakoportlandtsement that contains less than 20% clinker in its composition.
