TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS FOR PRODUCING OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL BASED ON POLYESTER

Advantages over analogues:
Improvement of technical and economic parameters of insulators manufactured from porcelain insulators development of production of original design, taking into account the specificity of the formed polymer materials.
Description of the development:
() Composite materials are based on saturated polyesters: mineral and glass-as well as mineral and glass-in slow-burning performance.
- Ultimate tensile strength - 80 MPa;
- Charpy impact strength notched samples at - 8 kJ / sq.m .;
- Dielectric strength - 33 kV / mm;
- The category of resistance to combustion PV-0.
In comparison with analogues (Celanex 2016, Germany; Raynayg 415 HP, USA) developed composite materials have high mechanical strength, stability, stability performance of mechanical and electrical properties, improved formed during processing by injection molding.
Economic parameters surpass analogues (half the price).
