THE KNIFE LAYER OF THE PIPE WITH THE DISC SPRAYER
Purpose of the development:
It is intended for laying thermohydraulic systems of greenhouse farms with at least the same natural thermal conductive characteristics in the pipe-ground system with minimal resistance.
Recommended application field:
Construction of drainage systems, thermohydraulic modules and laying of other linear-extended objects.
Technical characteristic:
Class traction tractor - 30 kN;
the diameter of the laid pipe - 0.05 m;
depth of laying - 0,5 ... 0,6 m.
Advantages over analogues:
The device allows you to lay pipes with the maximum preservation of heat transfer to the ground mass while reducing energy costs.

The working organ of the pipelayer includes a sliver and a pipeline device for feeding linearly extended objects. On the pipeline device in the area of laying the pipeline with the possibility of rotation discs with a parameter that ensure the preservation of the natural density of soil in the near-tubular zone and a shape corresponding to the shape of the body of the sprinkle are installed.
During the translational motion of the working organ of the pipe-laying machine, the soil is compacted with a cracker into the massif, a gap is formed. A pipe is fed through the pipeline to the bottom of the slot. At the same time, the soil with a cutting edge of self-rotating disks is cut and re-laid on the pipeline with a layer of thickness determined by the technical requirements of the system.
