The working organ consists of a hollow shaft on which destructive elements are attached. In the lower part of the shaft with the height difference, holes are made that connect the cavity of the shaft with the surrounding environment, the upper end of the shaft is hingedly connected to the water supply hose. When the shaft rotates and water is supplied from the sleeve through the cavity of the shaft and the hole into the array, the cutter is immersed in the ground. When the machine is moved for a long time, the cutter destroys the soil with the cutters, mixes it with water to a suspension state, while the minerals are freed from bonding with the massif and float to the surface of the deposit under the action of a buoyancy force. Depth of extraction is 3-5 m.
