TECHNOLOGY OF RESTORATION PLANTING HOLE OF BODY PARTS


Purpose of the development: The Ukrainian University has developed a progressive technology for restoring worn-out landing holes for rolling bearings in the hull details of the critical parts and mechanisms of machines using polymeric materials and dimensional folded steel bushings.

Advantages over analogues: The use of technology for the restoration of worn-out landing holes for rolling bearings in housing parts will provide: the possibility of connecting parts from dissimilar materials; absence of internal stress, influence on the structural state and change in the properties of connecting materials; strength and tightness of joints; good resistance to dynamic loads; possibility of multiple recovery.

One of the main reasons for the failure of the body parts of machines is the wear of the landing holes for rolling bearings. To restore these surfaces of hull parts, it is necessary to develop and implement new, more effective methods of restoring the holes that could provide not only simplification and cheaper manufacturing process, but also ensure high accuracy and quality of the reconstructed surface holes. The developed technology provides for the restoration of the landing holes of the body parts by setting the size steel reinforced repair bushings in the recovery hole on the anaerobic polymer material, ensuring the nominal size of the recovery hole, without final machining. This ensures the prolongation of the service life of the restored hull parts not lower than the level of new ones and the reduction of the costs for their repair. The technological process of the restoration of the landing holes includes the following operations: boring of the landing holes; assembling the assembly, forming the bushing; degreasing the landing holes and bushings; deposition of polymer material on the sleeve; compilation, centering of the bushings in the hole with the device followed by polymerization; quality control and accuracy of the restored holes. The proposed technological process and technological equipment for the restoration of the landing holes have been tested and implemented on the housing parts of SK-5 grain harvesters "Niva" in the agricultural production co-operative of the Rivne region.
