Purpose of the development: The goal of the development is the creation of scientific and practical methods of assessment, forecasting and, based on them, rational management of the ecological state and ecological stability of natural complexes of the humid zone of Ukraine according to the data of natural monitoring for the needs of effective and environmentally safe management.

Recommended application field: The development can be used in agricultural land reclamation, agriculture, land management and environmental protection. The main directions of the development application include: operative and long-term management of the process of crop formation on lands with a regulated water regime; solving practical problems of land management; assessment and prediction of the ecological status of lands; development of scientifically grounded recommendations for improving the state of land; expertise of projects for the construction and reconstruction of drainage systems and their parts, economic projects within river basins and other territorial systems; carrying out soil bonitization and economic valuation of land.

Advantages over analogues: Advantages of this development is the ability to synthesize management solutions when applying the developed system in the operating mode of the operator-model, creating integrated models in GIS systems to obtain current and predictive information about the state of reclaimed lands.

The development is based on the simulation mathematical model and computer program for its implementation, which allows, based on the monitoring database of distributed data, to develop scenarios for the management of reclaimed lands in order to select the optimal strategies and develop appropriate departments. Criteria for optimization are phyto-productivity of land and an indicator of environmental sustainability of reclaimed lands. Limitations are the normative intervals of values of indicators of the state of natural systems.
