SYSTEMS OF LOCAL STATOR CORE TESTING AND TECHNICAL FORECASTING OF PARAMETERS OF ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MOTORS


Purpose of the development: For the diagnosis of stator cores. A new method of local testing determines the actual state of steel upper parts of the teeth of the cores, taking into account the possibility of its saturation.

Recommended application field: Electric machine-building and electrical repair enterprises, as well as the corresponding subdivisions of industrial enterprises responsible for the repair and operation of asynchronous engines, scientific research laboratories of scientific institutions and educational institutions.

Technical characteristic: Technical certification of electrical machines with the core condition determined during the local testing is carried out with the help of specialized software supplied with the system.

Advantages over analogues: The proposed method differs from analogs in that the properties of steel are determined not on a finite number of sections, but continuously along the length of all the teeth of the core. Using a system of local testing and certification of asynchronous motors based on the proposed method allows you to determine the exact location of damaged areas. This makes it possible to formulate recommendations for the repair of cores, to carry out the recalculation of the winding data of asynchronous motors on the basis of information on the distribution of the heating losses in the core, to predict the working life of the repaired engine, to determine the permissible modes of post-repair operation of electric machines.

Technical and economic effect: The economic effect of the application of the local testing system is due to: - a reduction in the cost of repairs due to the lack of need for further rewinding of engines with unsatisfactory steel conditions; - increase in the time between failure of the repaired engines and improvement of their power characteristics during operation in accordance with new passport data and permissible load values. The cost of the stationary version of the system is $ 15,000, the portable variant is $ 10,000.

The proposed method determines the properties of steel continuously along the length of all the teeth of the core, as in two adjacent teeth when the magnetic flux is closed through the yoke of the core under conditions corresponding to the operating mode of the electric machine in terms of intensity and directivity of the magnetic flux in the teeth of the stator core, The average intensity of the magnetic flux (B = 1.0 ... 1.2T). Since measurements are made in the saturation zone, in order to improve the accuracy of reflection of non-sinusoidal magnitudes, their parameters are determined using harmonic analysis methods, for which a computerized measurement system is introduced into the diagnostic system. The system is brought to the level of industrial designs used to diagnose the cores of stators of asynchronous motors at a number of industrial enterprises in the mining and machine-building industries of the region. The system is equipped with complete sets of inductors for testing the cores of stators of asynchronous motors for general industrial applications of AO, AOL, 4A, AI series of all dimensions and can be easily reconfigured to stators of asynchronous motors of other industrial series.
