Purpose of the development: For diagnostics of parameters, determination of real working capacity of electric machines. Measurements of the instantaneous values of current, voltage, and power signals.

Recommended application field: The enterprises of the mining, metallurgical industry, transport and others with a saturated park of complex technical facilities, higher educational institutions and organizations that conduct training and retraining of specialists in technical specialties, research laboratories.

Advantages over analogues: Low cost and ease of use of sensors make them suitable for use in the educational process as part of the BDK.

Description of the development:

During the application of measuring complexes in industrial conditions as part of the diagnostic systems of electrical machines (DEM) to reduce the quantization error at various levels of test actions (polyharmonic tension) and the different levels of system feedbacks for disturbances (currents in windings) due to a wide range of power of the tested motors, A gain stage with a programmable gain is used. The gain is selected in this case on the basis of the a-priori data entered by the operator about the tested machine. This approach allows us to reduce this error. The measuring modules use LEM current and voltage sensors based on the Hall effect. To reduce the effect of normal common-mode interference, the measured signals are converted into differential signals and transmitted to the ADC via a "twisted pair". As ADCs, modules adapted for PCi-slot PC, type L-780 with basic parameters are used: 14 bit capacity, 400 kHz conversion frequency.
