AUTOMATED MONITORING SYSTEM TEMPERATURE MODE AND REMOTE CONTROL OF THERMAL CONSUMPTION OF CIVILIAN BUILDINGS
Purpose of the development:
To ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems for civil buildings.
Recommended application field:
Heating systems of administrative and educational institutions, housing houses.
Advantages over analogues:
The automated system for on-line monitoring and remote control of building heat consumption has a modular architecture, uses standard industrial equipment, industrial protocols for information exchange between levels, a local telecommunications network of buildings and developed software.
The key features of the developed automated monitoring and control system (ACMU) for heat consumption include:
- monitoring the current state of the heating process of individual houses;
- determination of indicators of energy efficiency of individual houses;
- operative and programmatic control of the thermal capacity of the heating systems of individual houses;
- monitoring the condition of heating systems of educational buildings from the Internet;
- formation of accounting and reporting documentation on the operation of heating systems of individual houses.
The development stage readiness:
Tested experimental exploitation order
Technical and economic effect:
Saving approximately 10 000 $.
Description of the development:
() The local level of the automated system for monitoring and controlling heat consumption (ACMU) includes subsystems based on measuring, executive and regulating elements that perform the tasks of collecting and processing signals about the state of heating of each individual house and in an automated mode change the heat output according to weather-dependent algorithms. At the same time, a heat meter is used with temperature and flow temperature sensors for measuring the consumed heat output, an automated weather adjustment unit based on a weather regulator, a valve with an electric drive, a pump and temperature sensors for the coolant, indoor and outdoor air. The thermal counter and the weather regulator are connected to a personal computer (PC) with the operating system Windows, on which the developed local software is installed through industrial interfaces.
Local control software Ascontrol developed in the software package Labview and provides: control of coolant temperatures, air inside and outside the premises; changing the settings and settings of the weather regulator, storing information about the operation of the heat point in the file and the local database, and also transferring it to the network database.
For the organization of current control over the operation of heating systems, information support has also been created, access to which is carried out from the global Internet
