VIRTUAL LABORATORY COMPLEX FOR INVESTIGATION OF ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR PROTECTION SYSTEMS


Purpose of the development: Virtual complexes are actual for the enterprises of metallurgical, mining industry, transport, institutions engaged in the design of EMC, including CAD, manufacturers of electrical equipment, as well as educational institutions of higher education in the training of specialists, retraining, advanced training of scientific and technical personnel.

Recommended application field: The enterprises of the mining, metallurgical industry, transport and others with a saturated park of complex technical facilities, higher educational institutions and organizations that conduct training and retraining of specialists in technical specialties, research laboratories.

Advantages over analogues: The characteristic features of the virtual laboratory complex (VLC) are: the possibility of real-time research; simulation of studied simulated objects with a high degree of realism; the possibility of interactive impact on the studied simulated processes.

The virtual laboratory complex (VLC) for research of protection systems for asynchronous motors (AM) contains program blocks: the main module, network modules and parameters of the blood pressure, which form an interface. VLC provides functions that allow to simulate the iterative effect on the laboratory process parameters by modeling: - initialization and deinitialization of network modules and parameters of blood pressure; - carrying out all the calculations performed by the VLC on the basis of subsystems "Model AM", "Protection model", thermal model, etc.); - receiving information coming from other modules and managing data flows; - operative saving of the calculated information and its output on the display screen; - iterative influence on the course of physical processes, are simulated; - initialization of the initial values of the quantities providing the initial state of the auxiliary parameters of the VLC. For the immediate monitoring of the parameters that characterize the operation of the electromechanical system from the network side and the motor, an indication unit is provided that contains a period indicator in which the instantaneous values and the actual values of voltage and current are calculated, as well as the stator winding temperature of the stator AM in which the current is the maximum . The calculation of these values is implemented in the main software module. The developed algorithms and software structures meet the requirements and provide the opportunity to develop simple skills of protection of electromechanical systems with AM.
